1st of June in 3-and-a-quarter hours ... nearly half way thru 2010!
Rory and I just had a long weekend together in a rough little cabin on a rough little beach at the end of a long unsealed road. The weather was VILE! We never got a chance to leave the cabin 'cos it was raining constantly the whole time. Honestly! the whole of NZ has gone from summer to winter in a matter of hours. Autumn didn't get a look-in.
In the last few months we've had a huge overseas trip, bought a house and had our first major battle. We've emerged from it all stronger than ever. Sometimes, it seems, you have to test the strength of your relationship ... and if it passes the test then set off the fuckin' fireworks!

Summer is just getting started on this side of the world. Sounds like you had a romantic little getaway there. That's always nice. Hang in there guys time waits for no one.
